Well there are 4 days left before Tanya and I wed. We are soooo excited. Yesterday was a busy day for me as I worked a full day and then drove down to Kentucky and picked up the finished projects I have been working on. Tanya had a full day of work and then errands.
Today was a full day as well as I went to work, Tanya was busy cleaning the house and getting it ready with Sherri for our joining. After work I was able to get some of my clothing put away before our evening with Jennifer. Jennifer had requested our presence for an evening and tonight was it. We first went over to the UD softball field where she had the upper deck set up with a table for 2 including a couple wine glasses, white roses and rose peddles all around, and candles. She had an apron on and towel over her arm as she poured the sparkling grape juice. She presented a gift and then had pizza delivered for dinner. While we ate she had a musician come and play softly in the background with her guitar and amazing vocals. Once dinner was finished we went down to toss the softball around a little, a favorite past time for both Tanya and myself. Once finished we went back to our table overlooking the softball field with line chalk showing the letter "T" a heart and the letter "D". She had us open another gift, a scrape book showing Tanya's life. This started with Daryl and his baby picture and a military picture and then went into the family tree and into her travels and then her softball years at UD. There were pages left unfinished as they have yet to be written starting with how we met up until after the honeymoon. We then were presented with our final gift of the evening, a picture with several things that will help to remind us of things to do to have a happy and honoring marriage.
